Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

This organisation give me a best opportunity to improve myself and also improve my skills, personalities, communication skills. I am glad a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Growth is slow, sunday is working if work load is more. Even in holidays is also working.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i am in operation basically repair in STB like Dishtv setop box in which 5 models are coming for repair and also repair D2H model where I have command on 3 models. I give me a great learning experince
