Job security is good you will not be fired until you are sitting idle for weeks, Work culture is not so dynamic you will get a feel like you are still in college surrounded with students, management is revolving around its vice chairman, company policies are too hard to digest.

Dislikes

No career growth but huge learning opportunity, Minimal salary appraisal, No traveling, Politics is mild, learning is directly proportional to your curiosity, work environment is good, Yes, vice chairman is focused on innovations, work life balance is good

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
