Colleagues of this company are very friendly and helpful. There is no strict 9 to 5 job you can start your day when you want. Employers are very soft-spoken and friendly.

Career growth is zero. You cannot expect promotion here because the promotion system is not available here. The HR department is the worst for a valid document like an increment letter, payslips you need to poke HR every day. Policies are not good at all like Medical Insurance, PFs are deducted from your in-hand salary.
