Likes

Colleagues of this company are very friendly and helpful. There is no strict 9 to 5 job you can start your day when you want. Employers are very soft-spoken and friendly.

Dislikes

Career growth is zero. You cannot expect promotion here because the promotion system is not available here. The HR department is the worst for a valid document like an increment letter, payslips you need to poke HR every day. Policies are not good at all like Medical Insurance, PFs are deducted from your in-hand salary.

Though I have worked as Team lead for 6 Years and currently working as Cloud Admin, Technical Architect, My designation is Senior Software Developer.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing..except that work from home( or may be hybrid mode) would be good for people like me as I stay a bit far from office :)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
