Management is the worst.. Mr.Prasad (CEO) He will fire you if you are asking hike. He takes the Bond for 3years and whosoever leave in the middle of any scenario or situation he takes 1lac from each employee. There where many Police cases and Advocates visited the Office but he didnt even bother to meet him. He will take 1year agreement from each employee and whosoever leaves in the middle he will deposit the Blank Cheque in the account. There is a senior HR in the company in which he made to do cleaning of curtains and everything in the office. After 1year, when you ask for hike on an immediate basis you will be fired. Whosoever, Joins the company it is a Nightmare for him. No recognition about your work no matter how much business you do Salaries will not be on time. At the Situation of Covid, He made us come to the office and didnot even provide the salary. Afterall, we have booked cabs and made presence in the office he did not even provide the travelling expenses also....Read More
