There is no much project's from ITC infotech and they are giving clients . we should go and work in the client location. For women's its bit difficult. if there are no projects allocated within 2 months, they are asking to relive and 10 days asked us to relieve.

2% increment is considered good here, management sucks, 60 days bench period, if you're in bench and then fired.

Salary, management, they say the assessment cycle is June to June, they provide a 2% hike on November December, they eat from your Ctc and don't pay you.

ITC info will give multiple opportunities to work on any projects when you are on bench. Leadership is really good.

Overall ITC info is kind of typical service industry. It was short period for me with ITC. I don't find any thing which I can mention here.

It all depends upon the team you get to work with and culture within also the clients to whom you work with.

No proper communication on Appraisal and even though the company is making good profits employees are not getting enough hikes. This is applicable widely across all the departments in ITC Infotech.

Internal communication is strong and transparent. Regular updates from the management keep everyone informed about everything.

In my tenure here, I have not identified any major issues.

I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

3% increment for average performers, Appraisal cycle is March to April but increment is effective from november. That means no arrears from April to October. HR won't tell you this!! Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions. Project managers ..are liability...who drag resources.. From skilled to non skilled by the time you complete project Most managers dnt have logical reasoning or sense to manage time and enhance efficiency to work within work hours ie...9 hours per day

Worst self centered untrusted leadership. There is absolute no vision, purpose or alignment from COO/CEO to the freshers work. Leadership is only aiming for self improvement at the cost of company assets like the people who work for the organization. The leadership is driving the organization to a downfall. People are for use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. There is no Job Security and don't have much projects, It's like consultanting. They don't have entire project with them, they will place or outsourcing people in different projects. Once project is completed and don't have project then there is a bench policy that if you don't get new project within two months you have to leave company. They will pay 3 months basic salary which is very less
