During my tenure at the company, I observed several concerning issues that negatively impacted my experience as a fresher. Despite the initial excitement of joining the organization, the lack of opportunities for freshers was disheartening. There were no projects assigned, and communication from HR and managers was scarce. Despite my efforts to reach out, responses were often inadequate, and I was advised to continue studying without any clear direction. After eight months on the bench, I was asked to resign due to a bench policy that affected not only myself but also subsequent batches. It is perplexing why the company continues to hire freshers while failing to provide them with adequate support and opportunities. This practice creates challenges for freshers seeking employment in the current job market. It is a good organisation for freshers to land on software.Especially the work culture is good.There is no chance to learn new things .They are not giving much more what we can expect depends on your work we can get hikes.
