Nothing as such , in the name of women empowerment they have weird policies I left the company in just few days due to pathetic work environment starting from DAY 1 where they over burden you with lots of articles just in day 1 to read and then give questions to answer them, one is not allowed to even change the company's given individual email password which is again a weird thing It do not makes any sense to expect respect if the seniors cannot give it back.
