There's no proper management in this organization. Even though the working hours is 9.5 hours Monday to Saturday, then also they ask you to work in your personal time also. There's no work life balance in this organization. Even the remuneration is very low as compared to the work that is assigned. Nothing is good about the firm but they keep on hiring new people and they keep on leaving the firm after 1 or 2 month so only you get to meet with new people each and every week.

Dislikes

Management is not clear about their objectives during hiring a person they will hire you for any job role and will make you work for other jobs.They do not share any proper details about salary they do not share pay slip and just they will make you suffer for it. Also the salary is very low for the kind of work they want you to do.

It is the worst experience of my life.They will make you work on weekend as well but they do not pay any extra salary for it.
