There's no proper management in this organization. Even though the working hours is 9.5 hours Monday to Saturday, then also they ask you to work in your personal time also. There's no work life balance in this organization. Even the remuneration is very low as compared to the work that is assigned. Other than that, the amount deducted from the offered CTC for the PF and ESIC part is not deposited in the PF account.
