The only thing I like working here is flexibility to work from home at least for now. Also, their senior management try to pamper their employees and make them feel important; however it is all verbal and nothing useful in terms of benefits.

Dislikes

Little to no monetary benefits. Annual appraisal is inadequate. I say this because I got just 10% even after being one of the top performers. The training sessions that they afford is not more than 100 level which is extremely basic and is usually not sufficient to cater to industry issues soyou can only rely on self-research and knowledge</mark>. What I like about ITBD is, the company provides training on verious technologies, and help engineers to enhance their skills, during covid-19 lockdown the company have allowed employees to work from home and providing all the required support. The management address all the issues virtually....Read More

This is an MSP company that provides tech support to small scale business on different technologies like servers support, MS office 365, VMware, and backup etc. So they don't have big and stable projects and process, due to which there is kind of work insecurity sometimes.

Tempt employees whose native place is Punjab to join close to home town. Later, you find trapped. There are no defined goals and KPIs. You are expected to work on anything and everything. And Company does not want to spend a single penny for training. Server engineers are forced to work on Desktop support. Only employees who are Punjabis are given more value over others. Unhealthy work culture takes a toll on your health, both mental & physical. The management is bit exploitative especially for their employees in India - rigid rosters, endless night shifts for a year, in-operative line managers, They won’t take a stand for you ever if need be. No growth trajectory or clear career prospects - zero mentorship or training programs</mark>. In short they expect Indians to work like donkeys without considering them for leadership positions. If you ever raise your concerns with the management, they’ll find silly reasons to frame you and compel you to look for jobs elsewhere. It’s surprising as to how Indian government support expansion of such companies. No match ever with Indian IT honchos such as WIPRO, Infosys, HCL etc. It will be a waste of time and years if you end up working here. You’ll walk out with zero content, troubled mental health and disrupted circadian rhythm if you end up working here....Read More
