Unhealthy work culture takes a toll on your health, both mental & physical. The management is bit exploitative especially for their employees in India - rigid rosters, endless night shifts for a year, in-operative line managers, They won’t take a stand for you ever if need be. No growth trajectory or clear career prospects - zero mentorship or training programs</mark>. In short they expect Indians to work like donkeys without considering them for leadership positions. If you ever raise your concerns with the management, they’ll find silly reasons to frame you and compel you to look for jobs elsewhere. It’s surprising as to how Indian government support expansion of such companies. No match ever with Indian IT honchos such as WIPRO, Infosys, HCL etc. It will be a waste of time and years if you end up working here.
