They work on dozen of tools and technologies. Hence you can get opportunities to start from basics and learn up to great. However, entirely depends upon the exposure and how good your relation with managers

They don't really care about how strong you have performed and how much expertise you have. The shifts are pathetic, Evening 6PM to 3AM, you failed to understand if working in night shift or day. No work Life balance, few employee even coming at 2.30 AM in the dark night. Now they are improving however for HR policies, but shifts are same, no change at all

The HR department tends to follow the instructions of the SDM and site head, regardless of established policies, which creates confusion and frustration among the workforce. There is a noticeable lack of transparency, and employees feel unsupported in addressing issues with the management.
