Not even deserved for single star. Fake company friends don't relocate and join this company. They are abusers. Especially HR swetha Surendran. She will talk nicely before joining. Once after joining ( after you submit your certificate and signed bond) . She will rudely behave and start mind games

Narcissist. Issued fake offer Letter and cleared mentioned work location. I booked pg near to office. Later fk. Girl said your work location different and ask me book cab or else go with govt bus. Abuser spreading rumors about me every where. I lost almost 40k for relocation not offering job. Lost my valuable time. When I go to office in between they stopped me and force me to go there but didn't shared the work location to whom I should report there. Begger they will put you down fk your mind everyday. I kindly recommend out side candidate don't relocate and join the begger company. It's my kind advice. Especially two people's swetha surendran ( recruiting HR) and HR operation Lijo ( small fk..s) Both culprits In this organization. Be aware and safe. Protect your mental health....Read More

We can learn and improve skills is only the good thing we have but that too limited to which project and line of people you assigned to work.

Job security is the top on the list. Next comes the work culture. There is a huge disconnection starting from HR till all other functions. Lack of communication to employees on anything related to policy or other information, Poor administration team, Partiality between locations (High preference to Bangalore and less preference to Coimbatore), Unhygienic work floor, Pantry and Restroom. Entire leadership team from Founder till TL level on one call discussing and all the projects and yelling at each other in front of the whole group feels like showing less respect to any level of employee....Read More
