I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to work on all requirements as well as have to place the consultant for various positions. As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.

IT Doesn't supports anyone however they terminate new candidates during covid 19 lockdown without any further notice.only money matters them

They don't have transparency Managers are not opens behind the discussion scenario changes accordingly .. I won't recommend for experience candidate cannot work here with manager with dummy clients
