Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Starting paycheque acceptable one. Office location inside city. Transportation better. Working hours admirable one. Job security assured. Bonus based on clients. Got bonus and onsite trip to UK for more than a month.

Management team practised bad politics. Team mates too practised politics. Team leads and senior employees took advantage. Manager never supported innovative ideas. No proper training programs to upgrade skill set. Career growth questionable one. Salary not based on performance. HR team never reviewed the salary appraisals. Work life balance was difficult to manage. Bad leave policy practised by my team. Taking casual leave itself was difficult. Leave policy was not supported by the team. Forced to leave the company by the bad politics. HR policy supporting only employer business never the employee concerns and grievances.No flexible working hours....Read More
