Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! It's a typical rubbish company.The MD Manish Kumar always chews gutkha and he hurl abuses at his employees. I recon open a kirana shop instead of joining this.

Everything.Paticularly accountant Nirbhay Singh who is an expert on making black money white.During demonetization he helped many tax evaders of Patna.

Since I was the only female employee working over there I never felt insecure. My MANAGER always gave a special insight to girls safety.

The one thing that was problematic for me the distance between my home and the company. And also pay scale was not as per the market value.
