The Management has no manner to how to talk to their employees. There are no any benefits to work in this organization. They never appreciated to their employees who work hard in this organization. No any job seurity in this organization. They always look their employees like a hire the employees personal life who join / work in this organization. Lots of bad politics happen by management and their higher employees, with their dedicated employees. Always, talk with abused languages with all employees by the management. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
