Work-Life balance No micromanagement Work timing 10 AM-7 PM Regarding work environment, meeting deadlines and achieving goals are of utmost important. Clear objectives are set and there is minimal interference until the deadline approaches, they expects an update on the tasks assigned every week. This is a fulltime remote job, they expect everyone to stay on track and not take advantage of the flexibility. Management is always open for suggestions and improvements but please be sure to provide it with proper data. The company is quite new to the market and is growing and improving.
