Beside remuneration everything IPPF is un professional and Un human

Lack clarity in organization specially with the DLT and management team Still IPPF is doing lots of R & D in terms of setting up Shared Service, which they are completely fail as now the Regional offices are feeling suffocating in terms of discharging their duties and responsibilities. There is strong nexus of Chartered Accountant in IPPF, they actually drive IPPF, I was surprise to see that in other organization Finance unit is a program support unit whereas in IPPF the Finance Unit is leading the process and Program unit are support unit. The management sitting in London are completely blind folded as lots of finance mis appropriation are going on specially in India which is a South Asian Region Office This year there was huge staff transition due to which, the old experienced staff are not available and all are blind folded working without any director and value additions....Read More

Dislikes

Hypocrisy & misappropriation of funds, I was hired on third party payroll and that third party was paid more than 3 times of my salary per month. When I known to the fact & objected, I was fired.
