Let me tell you about this company, if any persons or experience person, who are coming for an interview at Iot Tech Smart Products Pvt Ltd? please read this Quotes First: - This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life, their employees of Iot Tech, they are working for free in this company, they did not get salary for thelast 6 Months, Despite o They are working very aggressively WoW, without getting salary, heads of Existing employees, Second- No Management, No Policy, No Rules, even the HR of this company have no idea how to Hire of the employees, Old employees are full of snakes, and full of politics, in this organization, if any new employees received the salary, so that old employees get frustrated or jealous , how the new employees get the salary, Wowwwwww, so fool, Third: IOT Tech Smart Products Pvt Ltd, company has no scope of the further, if you want to work in this organization, you will destroyed your career, Fourth: Iot tech Boss of the CEO, are not business minded, they makes fool of the employees, he feels like he break the china, technologies, and which is not, when any employess ask for the salary, said, funding on the way, or old employees believes his words Wowwwwwww... good, He knows the tricks how to make fool of the employees with Emotional, Fifth- IOT CEO, how he plays with employees, the first month of the salary release of new employees, and hold the salary for 3 months, that's his strategy, when any new employees are not giving good performances, he argument, he don't accept his mistakes, instead of put all of the mistakes on you, despite of new employees will good, or working hard, CEO don't accept, and he hold the salary, 6th: I would like to advised to those new person who will be read my quotes , plz don't go in this company, you will ruined your career...Read More

Great company with wide vision, CEO of compant is very supportive and helping, overall all employees are very good and friendly, some of employees get 100 percent salary hike for their performance. Work culture is great.

Dislikes

Hiring for new people specially in marketing should be more strict, new employees are good for nothing, performance are zero.they are in probation period but their attitude and behaviour are worst, some new marketing employee are not working proper. My suggestion for company is to be very strict with them otherwise will harm company reputation.
