I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Flexible Working hour's, Even though it's US shift, I usually complete my work early and sleep peacefully, But sometimes i have to be awake till 3.30 Am. Salary is being provided according to market standards even though it's work from home, we get paid same as WFO
