Good for beginners who wish to start job but long time even if you wish you can't sustain after pandemic situations got too poor.
Dislikes
No benefits, No one will help, Poor appraisal. Even Laptop provided was not good and while return twice it got damaged after taking proper care bubble wrap packing. When the company provides just in a box it will still be in good working condition but when you return 200% it will get damaged and you will be responsible for that so be careful.

There is no job security within one day they can tell to you we don't have project join non technical project or leave the company if you want to leave they will say contract is there give contract money.

Company will ask the original documents while joining and tell will return in 3 month but they will not. Once you ask documents they will give several reasons No security no work life balance They will force to join non technical other wise you will not get bonus and you need to leave the job immediately
