Firstly, I would like to emphasize the importance of job security, especially after being promoted to a new position. It is disheartening to feel unsupported and left to navigate the challenges alone. I believe that it would greatly benefit both the individual and the organization to provide necessary training and guidance to help employees successfully adapt to their new roles. By doing so, we can create a more conducive and empowering work environment. Furthermore, the behavior of senior colleagues plays a significant role in our motivation and overall experience at Tech Mahindra. Positive and supportive attitudes from seniors can greatly inspire and encourage us to excel in our work. If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7.
