This company has job security. The management is good headed by leaders who are understanding, compassionate and helpful. They understand the employees. They are supportive. Company policies are also framed in such a manner which is logical and meets the standard. Work culture is good.

The leave policy and health insurance benefits are not employee friendly.

Work Details

I love to work here as a trainer. It is very dynamic and challenging. However, I get support and guidance from peers and superiors whenever I want. All are very approachable.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
