Doesn't like the company at all no proper company. No other benefits just working like robots. No growth. Not helping in utilising ESI no leaves granting.

Talking about teammates: You could make nice friends around. Training: Too long process to complete the training phase (4 weeks) which could finish in a week. Job security: You could be a new joinee or a 2 years tenure guy, they can remove you within eye blink. Career growth: So much politics out there. I have to handle three chats at a time, it's not a big deal to handle. But the support you get and the customers you get are terrible.
