Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Flexible work time though we will have to work on weekends with out any benefits.

Only good thing is job security

Dislikes

Lots of micromanagement and unnecessary pressure on employees. Appraisal is a joke and there is no collaboration between teams. Work environment is terrible. Company is only bothered about numbers and no measures are taken to address employee concerns
