The work did not feel too hectic and the colleagues and staff were all friendly and overall really good

Them laying off employees without any notice having their loyal employees now searching for jobs. Thought we had some degree of job security but just one evening we get the notice the company is downsizing and a huge number of people are being laid off. With that exact evening being our last working day.

A team of wonderful colleagues Vast space to learn and grow Job Security and Career growth is Positive Salary - At par with the market & appraisal is above mean average in the IT Sector. Onsite trips for most of the projects are available Politics - Can't deny there ain't any... but negligible Work-Life balance is perfect.

I manage the Technical Documentation Dept. I & my team help in creating the world class documentationlike, User Manual, Service Manual, Assembly & Installation Manuals. Etc. for our products. I also take care of the Hardware Dept to assemble the kits
