But we should get second Saturday and fourth Saturday holiday than every teacher can get some relief and peace so they can prepare them selves for next class because at first promise for this two holidays but now it's not happening. It should be not like this.

The surrounding and the ambience of the school is perfect for a school. Also, the children are well behaved and friendly. The parents are well supportive.
Dislikes
Had the school been under a proper Principal, it would have been the best place for students. This school was in Tadepalligudem, and the lady principal there was not at all capable enough to handle the school nor the staff properly. She also had lots of bad marks to her character.

There is no job security. The management treats teachers as a bunch of puppets. They always find fault. They will teach you how to market the school.
Dislikes
The management always want their employees to work for 24*7 mode. Most of your Sundays and holidays will be taken by the management. You have to forget your self respect if you like to work here. Salary not up to the mark. No transport facility for employees.....
