Salary band is very low. There are no additional benefits for employees. Work life balance is not good.

The main thing that i want to mention about working here the WFH mode during the pandemic, even i am in WFH still now & they didn't forced to return back to respective offices, no salary deductions yet due to corona,learnt many things in planning field,job security is good till today.

Dislikes

Lack of medical insurance, no ID card,2 years bond system.

As i said in the above the WFH & no salary deductions is the best thing in this company,yes the boss is very cooperative & understanding, rest the cons i have mentioned, i hope you can't get everything from a company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
