Deu to so personal liabilities cannot leave the company either this place have nothing in the sense of positive and motivating. No work life balance, have to work on weekends. No benefit or incentive provided. Even they don't pay for weekend days. Starting salary for new comers is bellow 12k No job security, company have no good projects. Any time anyone could be fired. Terrible management and PMs, the only thing they know is blaming someone. Full of nepotism. Main part is if you reach to HR about anything they just do nothing with it....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
