Nothing at all. Just some extra knowledge I am gaining while working for different clients. Perks: 1. You will get to learn only if you try to research 2. ON-TIME salary even if it's a start-up Disadvantage: 1. Employees are not allowed to talk within themselves 2. Lunch time is 40min 3. Basic need fulfillment issues 4. Infrastructure issues

IT is one of the best digital marketing company in Odisha. All team members of all the departments are very active towards their duties and all are friendly in nature. I learnt so many things from this company.
