I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I worked in integrity for 6 months, The environment complete toxic and not safe for girls if you want to do time pass if you have plan for abroad so you can join . HR team head Tammanah Bhatiya her behavior and character are not good towards men be aware.they are not promising and most of the people worked there they just doing timepass . if you are ready for work 10 hours+ then you can join.
