Work culture is good because we are working for the poor people which are belong to rural area,and it comes under the development of rural area of india.teammates are supportive and the management is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the level of block pramukh ,MLA etc.and the salary is very low and career growth is slow and none.
