The working condition at ITM,Kharghar are unbearable.Mine and all other professors salaries has been delayed for over 3 months now , [imagine the state of mind-we worked hard for the month of October and your October salary comes on 23rd January] .... as if you are doing charity for November and December, and if we ask HR -they are c lueless when will the salary get credited<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. no salary this is an absolute disrespect for the hard-work put in</mark>.Honestly speaking, the work culture is toxic with little to no respect for professors from the staff or from administration.it's a constant struggle to maintain any kind of morale or motivation in such negative environment.I genuinely regret my decision to join this institution and it has been the worst career choice I 've ever made....Read More
