Company policies are good and the give good salary hike and bonus every year. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. They have good cafeteria with maximum space.

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is slow. Training is slow and it takes more than 45 days to complete training and in training salary is half of which you have been offer.

Work Details

The Job is quite cool! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. I struggled a bit in the beginning.
