For learning as beginner is good...

Dislikes

Work-life balance is really questionable. As company gives you wfh mostly incase of a developer or it related profile and then expects to work 24*7 like a slave. Also incase if one is working remotely so hardly any learning graph. Also if the employee is not smart enough then there might fool you up in terms of permanent employment.
