Very good program and process . But the incentives sucks and its not sufficient as sales person works for 12hours in a day. Daily meetings 1.5 hours which actually affected production. And keep on saying if not expected nos job not confirmed . No job security. Heavy loaded pressure. No proper training its all go as self learning. Noproper management support when it comes to helping agents. Wasting morning time in the name of meeting. No proper incentive plans. We do revenue each customer and make nos. Incentives comes in 100 rs or 200 rs. No monthly target or incentives plans to atract. Simply inlingua programing is very good poor management. I worked all the days.
