There is lot of politics and boss take advantage of political & fire people. Salary is very low. Lot of work pressure in less salary. No career growth.

Work Details

I handle customs preshipment documentation & handling client very humbly I worked hard from last 15 years but no salary increased no PF no HRS no Traveling allowance . Only pressure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
