In Particular I didn't like anything. It is just that you can take breaks as per your choice but the amount of work they give you doesn't make ot possible to take those breaks.

My decision to resign is based on the following reasons: Toxic Work Culture: Workplace gossip, Inappropriate jokes, and groupism have created an unprofessional and demoralizing environment. The biased behavior of seniors, including constant comparisons, taunts, and lack of constructive feedback, has made it difficult to feel motivated or supported. Excessive Pressure: Despite being a new employee, I was subjected to unrealistic expectations without adequate guidance or encouragement. My efforts were disproportionately scrutinized due to my proximity, while others faced no such scrutiny. Impact on well-being: The office environment, including broken chairs and inadequate facilities, reflects a lack of concern for employee comfort and well-being. Unfair Treatment: While almost every employee is using AI tools discreetly despite restrictions, I was singled out and questioned solely because of my seating arrangement. INJ is fast growing company and so the promotions that happen is really good. It has attracted my eyes towards how well the company is handling the employees concern and considers their opinions too.

Dislikes

The salary structure is quiet bit off-road. Career growth is good but knowledge growth is very limited and INJ needs to look up into expanding its presence more into the market.
