It is small company, it's good for freshers where they learned a lot new things. Teammates behavior are very helpful, friendly work environment, every day learn new things here, appraisal process is very slow got hike like 5-15% only

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. There is poor management. Only salary is given & no other benefit (not even on Diwali). Improvement is required. There is no transparency whether an employee will be working as full-time (permanent) or contractual (based on project duration). So transparency is expected.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled alot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job by self-learning.
