Infratech survey company open as survey based work in various site . i am a part of the company maintaining the all contractor details and their accounts , employee details and provide the accommodations , food and make employee feels as good. maintaining the attendance and Records all those things .

Growth is low, Manager do not value an individuals ' unique strengths.

Work Details

All administrative works and maintaining the contractor work orders, uploading the daily status of works completed to my higher authority , Provide good accommodation for our staffs, foods & transportation, Maintaining the records .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
