There is no proper method and follow when top management take over project from Client. Manager manupalate in employee resume like has a experience in cloud actually employee do not have. I entered middle of the project no support no KT. Just provided few documents and work on new technology that I did not worked no Client interview happened because manager of other unit made changes in my resume that I have experience in cloud that I do not have. Didn’t like much about working here. Nice campus. That’s about it.

- Allocation of project was random. I was hired for a certain role but was assigned to a completely different project that did not align with my qualifications or interest even one bit. I felt very cheated. - Management (my project) is very unprofessional and rather disrespectful. They micromanage employees and make personal remarks when work is not done. - The project itself is very messy and involves tons and tons of manual work (data entry, validation, tracking etc) which is all done on an excel on sp. In 2 years, such a big company was unable to develop any systems to automate this useless manual work. - We’re expected to work weekends and late nights and if you do not agree or respond, be ready to hear some nonsense about you being incompetent from your manager. - Growth and learning is zero (again, this is about my project) you just do a data entry job at the end of the day and try to beg clients to pay for Infy services.
