Part of Infosys in last three years. It’s very special moment for me because this is my first company, so it’s like my family, so I enjoy a lot in Infosys, it improve my confidence as well as my development knowledge. It’s a great memories in my life. Thank you.

The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. He is holding my promotion and progression. Also, I don’t know why my work more than five projects, but still

Likes

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

The culture, facilities, amenities are great but for career growth it's totally full stop.

Dislikes

Skill development, appraisal, hike, project opportunities inside Com are so less and tough, they hire new candidates and put them on bench. I know most of my colleagues more than 100 of my colleagues are on bench since they're joined /more than 2 year. It's not good for there careers and growth also. They only force you to do certification and courses on lex.

No job security if you are in bench, no work life balance as most of the projects are support projects so you need to involve in weekends and have to work in shifts and they are not hiring sufficient resources so there's more load on you and most of the times need to extend shift.

Regarding promotions and appraisal my honest review pls don't join in infosys finacle unit, better to join in other units apart from finacle, ex: if 2 people joins in infosys at same time 1 person moved to finacle and another person non-finacle, after 2 years person in non-finacle guy will get the progression automatically,finacle people won't get, and after 3 years the non- finacle guy will get promotion to some analyst role but finacle guy need to wait till the slots are open for progression....Read More

Appraisal is not timely. Hikes are not given even after 3 years in company without any violation and with good feedback. Payscale is not inline with the inflation rate. Overall, we are getting under paid.

Salaries they provide are comparatively low. They provide Promotions and appraisals but still the amount is very low compared to other companies with same profile.

Too much work pressure. No help from seniors. No job security. No respect. No promotion. No hike. They will make you work 7 days a week without any holiday. No sick leave. Else you will be escalated for any of the above reasons.
