Salary. Been working since 4 years here. 1 year wasted due to COVID as, 2 months after I joined outbreak happened. Been in a project since 3 years. Learning development pace is good but compensation is terrible. Got outstanding rating twice but package has increased from 3.6lpa to 4.7lpa in 4 years. Terrible hike and appraisal system. Non rewarding work. Even if you work harder than anyone in the team there is no extra compensation. A guy on bench since 1year will be getting same salary as you who works 12hrs a day regualrly since 3 years....Read More
