Work balance is good. Only 2 days of office remaining days wfh. Also the best part I felt was that for 2 days which you are going to office can be also done for only 3.5 hours rest you can do wfh.

Take every failures as a learning and success as a part of your professional journey towards your growth. Some managers are quite good , they will reach out to you personally if you require any help.
The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

I have been working in Infosys for 3 years. Nothing to say as good.
This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. Client projects and especially onshore managers are good.
Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.
I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
