You are blessed if you are on boarded to an development based project. Lots of opportunities are available to work with and you have option to switch between the project ( T&C) and even technologies. Hike is as usual like MNC' 5 to 12 % based on the performance.

If you are on boarded into an support kind of project there would be an certain years you have to be with the project , the only way to switch the project is either you have to wait until you got reply from your manager or just apply resignation and leave . Also another options are available, if you wanna be with infy then there arelot more opportunities (StepUp - Internal job posting) are available with other departments with your skillset and if you able to clear then you can switch to that department within infy (really if you wanna continue with infy means)....Read More
