Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion....Read More

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.

Can't change project. Your pretty much stuck in yours till it gets over. In my project no specific working hours can login at 10:30 but logout depends on your work. And didn't get into development and have no growth

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
