From a fresher perspective, You will get project based on your luck or if you know someone in there who can pull you into their project. The growth is not much for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.

Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner.
