Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.
Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. Poor Management: Leaders and team leads often fail to offer constructive feedback, instead choosing to focus on criticisms and high-handed behavior, which demotivates employees. High Attrition Rate: Many new joiners and even some experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. Suppose a candidate has knowledge about a particular technology but lacks hands-on experience because their previous company did not involve that technology. 3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But.
