1. Only people with reference get thier probation period completed on time, Employee without reference will have probation extended beyond 10-12 months 2. Promotions and hikes are dependent on how good your relations are with your manager and references 3. They try to calculate productivity by no of hours spend on a task, quality/ performance doesn't matter. 4. Internal projects have close to zero potential of learning and exploring.
